Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

Can you check the Volume of reports? also, verify if your report(Logviewer/reporting) on the box works.

If there are no reports anymore, check the log size by following the KB

• Sophos Firewall: No reports show

Also, try to restart the services by doing the following command on the CLI.

• service garner:restart -ds nosync

OK, then login, go to "Configure / System services / Services", then try to stop "IPS".

Wait some time, is the high CPU usage gone?

If yes, then try to start "IPS" again. Watch what happens and report back, please.

Com o IPS o consumo fica maior ainda, sem IPS as 6 horas da manhã o consumo está em 40% se ativa o IPS vai para 80% até bater 100%

Would it be possible to follow the following KB for reference for checking the real CPU utilization of the Firewall.

Based on the screenshot, there's no issue with the CPU utilization.
