FIREWALL XG210 BATENTENDO 100% CPU!

Question

Ola, CPU XG210 batendo 100% e parando a operação, na console comando "top" principais processos que estão consumindo são o "garner, snort" alguém poderia me auxiliar com essa situação?

Hi Nathaly, 
 To verify, you've only used the top command for checking the utilization, 
 Would it be possible to follow the following KB for reference for checking the real CPU utilization of the Firewall.

Hi Nathaly, 
 Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community. 
 Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue? 
 Can you check the Volume of reports? also, verify if your report(Logviewer/reporting) on the box works. 
 If there are no reports anymore, check the log size by following the KB 
 
 Sophos Firewall: No reports show 
 
 Also, try to restart the services by doing the following command on the CLI. 
 
 service garner:restart -ds nosync
