Sophos captive portal not working internally

Hello,

We are moving from non authenticated browsing to authenticated browsing.

We have added to our firewall rule this:

 

 

when not authenticated we receive the following:

 

not with the sam account name, the samname@domain.local upn@doamin.be

    Hi,

    We don't use local users.

    We have the integrated AD server with the XG310 firewall.

    We never used the captive portal yet.

    We have setup stas local.

    But when this failes we get this portal. So it would be nice that we can use is.

    The haertbeat feature doesn't work because we have different UPN and SAM accounts.
