macOS not communicating with Mobile Manager

I've installed the mobile manager profile on macOS, and after successful enrollment, I attempt to refresh it. However, the task keeps failing on both my home and office networks. I don't think it's a network issue because the initial enrollment was successful. I also received an email stating that the sync failed. Any clues?
