Android Work Profile: Message stuck in outbox

Are you only observing this behavior when sending an email with a photo attached to it or you're also observing it when sending a plain text email? 

Plain text email is working. Problem occurs only when sending attachments from private area.

1. What Email app is used?
2. What Email server is used
3. How is the email app configured?
4. Is an EAS Proxy involved?
5. Is there any error message shown when the email should be sent?

thanks for the support. Here are my answers:

1. Gmail 2024.01.14.xxx
2. Our own Exchange Server.
3. No special config, just mailserver and credentials.
4. EAS Proxy is not involved.
5. In Gmail, the mail stays in outbox and "Fehler" or "Error" is shown on the mail. No logs on the firewall or in central.

Yes, of course. We are using Exchange Server 2019 CU13.

As advised by our senior engineer, please create a support case related to this issue, collect logs on the device in question, and then attach it to the support case you will create. Once created, share the case ID with me or through this thread so I can add more details for the said issue and monitor the case status.
