Over the last week we have started to experience an issue where the Samsung Galaxy store and apps found only on the galaxy store such as Samsung Calendar have disappeared once an Android smartphone is enrolled onto a Android Enterprise policy. Usually once the device enrols the galaxy store, Calendar, Gallery etc. would already be in the menu but this is no longer the case.
Our policy enables system apps to be installed and no settings have been changed on the policy. Has anybody else experienced a similar issue and is there any advice on what we can look into to resolve this matter ?

We got an update from our internal team related to this issue which is being described here.
Our team is currently in the process of testing the fix of the issue which is planned to perform a staged release externally beginning of next week.
This is an update about the said issue.
We have started the staged release of the client resolving this issue.Within Stage 1 of the release users located in Austria, Hungary, and United Arab Emirates will receive the update.
The new client has version 9.7.3767
To make the System apps appear again customers can use the following process:
- Update the client on the affected devices- After the client is updated, make any change in the applied Android Enterprise policy- Save the change- Open the Sophos Mobile Control app and synchronize- After a few seconds the System Apps should appear on the device
