we`re implemented Sophos Mobile Central with the Sophos Secure Mail App for a customer. But they dont get any notifications from the app

In rare cases email and appointment notifications may not be shown anymore. Close the Sophos Secure Email app (double-click the Home button and swipe up on the app in the app list) and re-start it and see if it helps.
the customer has few iPhones and it does not work on any of the devices. So a restart of the app does not help.

The app must be running always in the background and should have the Background App Refresh option enabled for Sophos Secure Email. Please enablee the real push notification in your Sophos Mobile.
I enabled the real push notification on the Sophos Mobile and I also configured the EWS on the Exchange. But the Mails are still pushing only when I opened the E-Mail App.

Unfortunately I have exactly the same problem, but not all devices are affected. Some of our iOS devices do not receive notification of new emails. I have already reconfigured the EWS. We use the real time notifications for a long time and this works fine befor.
We have also set the "Locate Task" to allways as recommended. Unfortunately also here no success!
Unfortunately I received the same statement as here, even though we already used it in the same way. I suspect that there is currently a problem with the app again!
