Secure Email not sending notfication on IOS

In rare cases email and appointment notifications may not be shown anymore. Close the Sophos Secure Email app (double-click the Home button and swipe up on the app in the app list) and re-start it and see if it helps.

the customer has few iPhones and it does not work on any of the devices. So a restart of the app does not help.

The app must be running always in the background and should have the Background App Refresh option enabled for Sophos Secure Email. Please enablee the real push notification in your Sophos Mobile.

I enabled the real push notification on the Sophos Mobile and I also configured the EWS on the Exchange. But the Mails are still pushing only when I opened the E-Mail App.

In some cases, Sophos Secure Email will not display a notification immediately when a new email is received, and the user has to open the app to check for new emails, please check the known limitations here for your reference.
