Could you please confirm that the clients on the mobile devices are on the latest version or on the older version?

If they are on the older version, please let us know the version number.

thanks for your fast answer. Yes we're using the latest version of the client on the mobile devices. But it's still 9.0.2.5 on IOS.
Maybe because I'm non English native there was a little misunderstanding. Let me precise a little bit the problem. 

The value of Reported phonenumber is correct. The display of the number in the screnshot above is empty. It's the field under user and Email address.

These are great news. Unfortunately I'm waiting for the patch.
Last statement from support was on 26th Nov: "ich habe von den Kollegen aus der Entwicklung einen Hotfix erhalten und warte hier aktuell auf einen Download Link.
Sobald dieser zur Verfügung gestellt wurde schicke ich Ihnen den Link mit den weiteren Schritten zu."

Hey Alex,

do you have the same problem with this patch release: I have an iOS Task Bundle "iOS Update" and it contains only "Install latest iOS update". This - and only this - task bundle can't be edited or shown now. The page is empty. All other Task Bundles are working.

I already deleted the Task Bundle and recreated it, same problem: after it is created it cant be edited or displayed.
I wonder if it is an issue with this patch, the display language of the webinterface makes no difference (German and English tested).

sorry for the delay, indeed. I can confirm the same behavior with this task bundle. We have an identical task bundle too.
But I didn't test this bevor the patch. Maybe it was broken before? But it doesn't matter, this has to be fixed by Sophos again. Are we beta testers and pay for this privilege ;-)
