we are using Samsung Galaxy S10 as Device with Andoid 9.
We have installed Android Enterprise with Sophos Mobile Control and Sophos Secure Mail.
Now I have the problem that the Exchange Active Sync is not working completely. Some Calendar Items are missing.

This is strange as you are able to view few of the calendar entries. It should either be synchronized all or none. Could you please provide more information such as how many calendars you have and how many are visible. Are you facing this on Android device only?
I have tow calendars in my phone. We only use Android Devices.
Now I realized the Problem:
Old Entries are not synchronized. All Entries which are done after activating the device are ok.

The entries would be synchronized once the device is activated. However, if you are still seeing the issue I would request you to gather the logs from Sophos Secure email and raise a case support case to get this investigated. Please PM me the case number so that I would be able to check on it.
