Sophos Secure Mail- Samsung Galaxy S10 - Calendar Sync not complete

Hi Community,

we are using Samsung Galaxy S10 as Device with Andoid 9.

We have installed Android Enterprise with Sophos Mobile Control and Sophos Secure Mail.

Now I have the problem that the Exchange Active Sync is not working completely. Some Calendar Items are missing.

Any Ideas?
