Depending on the platform different steps are necessary to activate the debug logging.
After performing these steps the advanced logging is enabled for the apps.
To gather log files from both apps different possibilities are available depending on the platform.
Alternatively, the logs can also be exported via iTunes. For all Secure Email versions. This procedure can be used for example, when the app does not start at all, the registration is not possible or no further app is available to share the logs.
