Unable to schedule reports

As soon as I click on "Send an email" (either of them), the "Save Report Template" gets greyed out.

Is this happening to everyone else, or is it just a problem for my customers?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    You need to check the additional box, "Email attachments cannot be encrypted, and therefore are not recommended for reports containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Please check the box to confirm that you understand, and wish to proceed.", after this you need to assign a valid recipient, after this you should be able to save the report.
