Report of missing mailboxes

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to find out if incoming / outgoing mails are being blocked in Sophos Central because the mailbox/mailaddress is missing? Unfortunately, I have not yet found a log / report for it.

Is it maybe possible to get these logs from sophos support?

  • We are working on a report that will provide this data to admins. Also remember XGEMAIL_0011 could mean that the address was mistyped hence viewed as not a valid mailbox. At this time I do not have a timeline for the release of this in Message History but it is high on our list of enhancements.
