Report of missing mailboxes

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to find out if incoming / outgoing mails are being blocked in Sophos Central because the mailbox/mailaddress is missing? Unfortunately, I have not yet found a log / report for it.

Is it maybe possible to get these logs from sophos support?

    thanks for your reply.

    I have already checked all the filter-options. If I send a mail to a mailaddress, which is not known to Sophos Central I can´t see it in the reports.

    The sender of the email gets the error XGEMAIL_0011 Command rejected

    The problem is, that our mailsystem is not synced with Active Directory. Accordingly, it was a lot of work to register all addresses manually and it cannot be ruled out that mistakes were made.
