Upon checking, there were no incidents related to sending emails to Gmail.
Are the Customers still experiencing the Issue?
Kindly try to check the logs for any information that might assist.

Do they use their own domains by any chance? Let them carefully check their SPF records for validity.
Shay Hanya I would recommend creating a case with technical support so you can provide ample information as to what may be happening. Otherwise, we will end up guessing. Please feel free to share the case number here in case we have an idea of the cause. This is ofcourse after providing information in the case like: sample NDR message that the sender was getting, the sender & recipient email address, etc.
I have been using my gmail account as recipient for tests however I have not seen any issues sending to it. So we need the specifics of your issue. Thanks!
