  • Hi GlennSen,

    Thanks your reply.

Yes, we are currently using on premise sophos mail appliance and would like to upgrade to sophos cloud central mail. This is a test account, but is stuck during the Azure AD sync configuration. Is there any details/logs in sophos central can tell me more details are the Azure AD sync setup problem?

    Thanks!

  • Hi GlennSen,

I have successfully added users by using group id for small AD static group (10 users) ONLY, it's failed when using AD dynamic group and big AD static group (1000 users). Is there any limits on number of users, or it's limited to testing account?

And, is it possible to add users by wildcard syntax, such as (email is *@domain.com) or (user principle name is *@domain.com). Would you please let me know the filer syntax or [regular expression] which can be used in the filer?

    Thanks a lot!
