Hello,

I have run Conquer Online3.0 on Sandboxi

Conquer online GM update the game against Sandboxi

The game accounts disconnect after 12 ةinutes

I think they arrest they files

SandboxieRpcSs.exe

SandboxiDcomLaunch.exe

Can u change their names?

Or can u make especially version to run Conquer Online3.0 and i can pay for it

Unfortunately, that is not a supported application:
How to report problems with Sandboxie

A few ideas: create a new Sandbox with default settings and re-test there, perhaps that works.
Otherwise, you may need to reach out to the vendor for workarounds, if any. And to see if they allow it to run in a isolated environment.
