If I don't check "drop administrator rights"

Question

How much security do I actually lose if I don't check drop rights? Since most recent Win 10 1903 update and Chrome version 76. 
 I am getting pop up again asking to allow admin rights. 
 I am using Sandboxie beta to fix some permission issue that popped up 
 with the recent Win10 and Chrome updates. Previous that issue 
 was corrected by updating Chrome outside sandbox but now Chrome is 
 updated both in and out of sandbox but in sandbox, but when I click on 
 "about Google Chrome" it says can't access update server, where before 
 it was just trying to update and could not. I get a sandbox pop up asking to allow admin 
 rights.

Hi dan, 
 Please ensure Chrome and its extensions (if any) are updated outside Sandboxie. Do not try to update it inside Sandboxie, as it will only cause problems. Then, delete the contents of your Sandbox and re-try launching Chrome. 
 Otherwise, create a new Sandbox with default settings to retest. If extensions are involved, removed them and re-try (after deleting the contents of your Sandbox) If the problems persist, please follow the guidelines to provide the required info: How to report problems with Sandboxie
