Insufficient write permission when running in Sandboxie

Question

I am having insufficient write permission when running Cygwin in a sandbox; even when I am running the Sandbox as Administrator. Where as I can run Cygwin outside of a Sandboxie sandbox and I will not have permission issues. 
 Here is an error from a configuration: configure:14888: creating ./config.status configure:15926: error: write failure creating ./config.status 
 The environment appears to be read-only; is there a way to change that in some settings?

Hi William, 
 If you are using Windows 10, please download the latest beta 5.31.2, as it corrects a permission issue that would prevent folders from updating inside Sandboxie. SBIE BETA VERSIONS
