problem with steam online

In Sandboxie steam dont be in online , i can download and update games, but it cant load any website in steam, i can only open the library folder. Steam have newest version.
2 processes are created every 5 seconds by steam and he's crashes

I deleted re-installed the sandbox, I disabled antivirus, rebooted the computer every time but this does not affect. :c

Sorry for asking a question out of form. With rules, i update program to 5.30 and steam works successfully.

1- 5.30 , Windows 7 x64 bit 7601
2 - Steam 1560817063
3 - Malwarebytes 3.8.3.2965
4 -
5 - Does it occur in a new sandbox with default settings? yes
6 - "2224 steamwebhelper.exe stop running" , don't have screens.
