Windows installer service

I tried to install a program in a sandbox, but I get a message that the Windows Installer Service cannot be accessed and the installation fails. Is there a way to go around this?

Drivers and services cannot be installed inside Sandboxie. But we'll need more info if you are doing something else.

Thank you. I was only trying to install the program (Clipboard Master) in a sandbox in order to try it out.
