I have been running Windows 10 1903 for a while and I was having problem with Sandboxie 5.30. These problem seem to have cleared up with Version 5.31.1
I tested the following programs this morning and have found not problems

Firefox Quantum Version 67.0.1 (64-bit) [had to fix the proxy server setting to automatic]
