Licence key after radical laptop repair (multiple parts replaced)

Hi Francis,

To transfer your license to another computer, please follow these steps:

Open Sandboxie Control >>  Help >> Register Sandboxie Click “OK”
Click on “Clear license information”
After that, you can re-activate the key on another computer that you own. 

If you don't know what keys you used, then I recommend you perform the steps and all of your 5 computers, and then re-activate each (while tracking down which key was used for each of them)

Thanks for the reply. That would work if I had access to the original install, but the laptop motherboard has been replaced and the system re-installed from scratch. 

I suppose the question is similar to "how to unregister for a stolen computer". Is there a way?

Hi Francis,

If you don't have access to the computer, you can't deactivate (nor use) Sandboxie. So you can re-use that license as needed.
