UAC dialogue box popping up at random while using sandboxed web browser

Your screenshot looks related to Chrome. Is Chrome trying to update inside Sandboxie perhaps? 
Ensure chrome is up-to-date outside the Sandbox, then delete the contents of your Sandbox and re-test. 
Do the same for Firefox. 

Do you have any extensions that are common to both browsers? If so, try removing them and re-test. 

Are there any AVs involved?

I occasionally have this problem when using Chrome in Sandboxie and it won't go away until I do the following:

1. Close and empty Sandboxie.

2. Open Chrome normally without sandbox.

3. Close Chrome

4. Open  Chrome in Sandoboxie and UAC no longer pops up until the next random event.
