is original lifetime registration from Tzurk being honoredI

I bought 200 licenses from Tzurk. I have the email and registration still and i have always used that. I mainly use a Mac now days but pulled an old laptop out to run some windows only progs and saw that Sandboxie needed to be updated. I had no idea that the company that bought Sandboxie had been bought until after i tried to update. My question is "is Sophos" honoring the lifetime license?
