All links for downloading SBIE 5.30 actually download version 5.28 [SOLVED - Please see the Status update thread]

I have found many links on your site for downloading SBIE 5.30 but ALL these links lead to downloads of version 5.28. If you only support version 5.30, then you must have it available for download. Please provide a DIRECT link for downloading ver 5.30
