[Sophos Notification] Resolved - Advisory: Reflexion - Issue with Zix encryption services causing delay with encrypted email

Hi Community,

Sophos is currently investigating an issue with Zix encryption services. Some customers may experience delays with both outbound and inbound encrypted email.

    Our operations team have identified the issue with the Reflexion Encryption service that is causing delays with email delivery for some customers. The teams are currently working on executing a resolution to the encryption service that will result in a return to normal mail delivery for any customer affected. Until this resolution is in place, customers affected will continue to see a delay in email delivery. 

    We understand the inconvenience this is causing and are working as diligently as possible to fully restore service to normal. 

    Once service is fully restored, our team will work on providing an RCA.
