Sophos is currently investigating an issue with Zix encryption services. Some customers may experience delivery delays with both outbound and inbound encrypted email.

Some customers may experience a delay in delivery for both outbound and inbound encrypted email.
Our team has identified the issue with the Reflexion Encryption service and have executed a fix which has returned mail delivery back to normal for any customers impacted.
We understand the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to successfully restore service to customers who were affected.
An investigation will be performed to provide an RCA regarding this incident.
