Could you please let us know the version of the Puremessage you are currently on?
When do you see this error? Also, could you please check under application event logs if you get any specific error?
it happen randomly, even id 83 None Message text not available. Insertion strings: Unknown error.
Have you tried re-installing the Sophos endpoint as well as Sophos PureMessage?
