VMs not showing up in connected Guest VMs

I have set up 7 Sophos Virtual appliances (1.3.2.52) on 7 hosts (5 VMware ESXi 6.7u3 and 2 VMware 5.5 VDI Horizon View Clients)

On the 2x VMware 5.5 VDI hosts, only about 12 of the 20 VDI clients (win7) show as connected VMs

On the 5x ESXi 6.7u3 hosts, only 7 VMs show up, some have no VMs connected. I noticed that some of the VMs are not on the correct Sophos Virtual Appliance (vMotion for ESXi updates etc)

Is there something I am missing ?

I have licenses for 50 servers.

  • There are no local (Windows firewall running) and no VMware firewall installed.

As mentioned some VMs are shown (7 out of 48) in the "connected VMs".

BTW, is there an updated KB for the SVM IP address lists ? When installation of SVM 1.3x, we can add in the list of IPs for other SVMs, can that list be modified ? I cannot see the opt folder (only can see public and logs folder) in Windows Explorer or the SVM IP address.
