Installation Fails on Hosts

We are having issues with a limited number of computers installing the Endpoint Software, where the download completes and installation starts and the following error message is displayed: "error opening installation log file verify specific log file location exists and is writeable".

The installer is being run as Administrator and the user running the program is a local admin on the workstation.

Has anyone seen this before? How do I resolve this?
