Sophos can't detect virus make all folders shortcut

I am really sorry you faced this problem where Sophos allegedly did not stop this malware.

Also, please provide me more details on the number of machines affected and I would specifically like to know if this is seen on connecting any external drives (HDD or Flash drives) to the client computers?
