Sophos cloud server licensing issue. Evaluation licensing not switching to purchased licensing.

Sophos cloud server licensing issue. I have Sophos cloud standard server license for 25 servers. Yet I still get this error. You are currently using unlicensed features. Please see the license table for further details. On the licensing tab I see that there are 14 servers on an advanced eval which has expired and no servers licensed on the Standard license. How do I move these Expired Advanced licensed servers over to the Standard Server license? I asked support with little help resolving the issue.

    As per your issue , We would request you to contact Support to resolve this issue . As it would need to take care individually .
