Sophos Update failing

Hi, 

we have the same problem on WIndows 10 and Windows Server OS. 

Same problem here. :(

Yeah, all our endpoints give same error

Edit: both win10 and win11 clients

looking at the exe file version and it shows the updated version.

It is like it has updated but is failing to detect it correctly and keeps trying to reinstall/update.

Same problem +30 machines

We also encountered the same.

Same problem here  - have a critical ticket opend at sophos, no response - case 07216339

No checked the forum here, seems to be a at least DACH problem?

Support Ticket logged with Sophos ...

Spend 30 minutes on the phone with Sophos - seems this is a global issue and the Dev team are working on resolution. They were not able to provide any estimations. 

This is what i got from sophos:

The Sophos File Scanner update issue is currently under investigation by our developers. The internal case number is WINEP-52707  While the error indicates an installation failure, this only prevents Sophos File Scanner from loading the latest local reputation data. It will subsequently fall back to the existing data. There is no loss of protection.
