Unable to reach support portal.

Hi, I'm trying to reach the Sophos support and have tried registering using the right ID. Which got approved after a few minutes. But somehow i'm still being shown the registration page. I noticed in the URL redirection it says "Unable to create user". I'm not sure if it's just because of the registration process.

Anyway please help to sort it out as the Endpoint XDR are blocking our users from accessing internet on Macbooks and it's critical now. I need support!!
