Hello Victoria,Thank you for reaching the community forum.By any chance, have you checked with our customer care if the NFR license is already activated in your account? If not? Then you can reach them, or you can reach your Account manager to activate this one. Once activated, you can refer to this YT vid on how to create an MSP customer
