Active Directory synchronization failed

ADsync is asking me to approve and continue to changes made, even if there is no changes at all, and I think it the request times out this error message comes up.

Please suggest:

  • Hi Abhishek,

    For the time out error that you're getting can you Please add the DWORD "LdapTimeoutInSeconds" with value 600 to the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sophos\Sophos Central AD Sync Utility" regkey, then restart the service.

    Please share status once applied.
