Active Directory synchronization failed

ADsync is asking me to approve and continue to changes made, even if there is no changes at all, and I think it the request times out this error message comes up.

Please suggest:

  • Hello Abhishek,

Thank you for following up. Something I recommend trying is to configure your ADSync to have a more frequent synchronization interval. This way the automated sync will cycle more often allowing us to observe the issue occurring.

Try setting this to 1-2 hours or something relatively short. If you continue to see the same issues each time the schedule elapses, please try gathering a log from the environment and upload it to the support case for further analysis.

    Thank you,
