Hi Yashraj the version in 18.104.22.168
Hello Abhishek Kumar9,
As this version is the latest one available, I recommend opening a support case with our team. Please provide the case ID here once opened, or you can send me a DM with this information.
It would be best for us to take a closer look into this issue to get ahead of any future inquiries we may receive with the new version. I recommend starting out by running the SDU log collection tool on the system where ADSync is installed. Please try attaching the logs to an e-mail reply on the case once it is opened so we can take a look.- https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000033508?language=en_US

Thank you for following up. Something I recommend trying is to configure your ADSync to have a more frequent synchronization interval. This way the automated sync will cycle more often allowing us to observe the issue occurring. Try setting this to 1-2 hours or something relatively short. If you continue to see the same issues each time the schedule elapses, please try gathering a log from the environment and upload it to the support case for further analysis.
its already set for maximum frequency. as shown in the options
For the time out error that you're getting can you Please add the DWORD "LdapTimeoutInSeconds" with value 600 to the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sophos\Sophos Central AD Sync Utility" regkey, then restart the service.
Please share status once applied.
