Endpoints not updating in Sophos central

What is going on in the MCSClient log file, that is the log of the component that "talks" to Sophos Central?

C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Management Communications System\Endpoint\logs\

Also, what does Endpoint Self Help have to say about the overall state?

Agreeing with Sophos User930, I would check what the Endpoint Self Help tool states in the Management Communication section, and search the log files in "C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Management Communications System\Endpoint\logs\" for "error". 

I'd also check to make sure there's no potential traffic blocking via a firewall etc., verifying the sophos domains are allowed through your network: docs.sophos.com/.../DomainsPorts.html

What is that issue in tab System?

Just checking in, were you able to resolve this issue?

Sorry not sure what you mean by this, are you referring to the warning triangle at the top? That was just a restart needed for that endpoint.
