Endpoints not updating in Sophos central

I have two endpoints which have installed InterceptX Endpoint. 

Both are showing last activity was two weeks ago.

Encrpytion suspended on them but when I check each one it is enabled.

All definitely online - running latest version.

Can I re-initialise these without running the installer again ?

Any help appreciated.

    Agreeing with , I would check what the Endpoint Self Help tool states in the Management Communication section, and search the log files in "C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Management Communications System\Endpoint\logs\" for "error". 

    I'd also check to make sure there's no potential traffic blocking via a firewall etc., verifying the sophos domains are allowed through your network: docs.sophos.com/.../DomainsPorts.html
