Re-register computers that have "fallen out"

Hi,

So basically, for one reason or another I've found now that we have several computers that have Sophos installed but they are no longer available in the Sophos Central.

Currently we have a few of our users sitting remote who's computers are now no longer in the system. I need to be able to reinstall/re-register the computer in Sophos Central without knowing the Tamper Protection password and for obvious reasons it needs to be done remotely through our deployment tool.

I cannot find any of these machines under Logs & Reports > Recover Tamper Protection passwords so I'm out of luck there. Is there any way to proceed?
