Sophos Central Login not possible

Hi,

it is not possible to login in
https://central.sophos.com/manage/login 
or in 
https://cloud.sophos.com/
while in
https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/mysophos/my-account.aspx 
it does work with the sophos ID. 

Resetting the password is also not possible, giving the message
authentication failed
while entering the code recieved via email.


On the firewall when you need to enter the credentials for sophos central logn the message
Email address or password incorrect, verify your account credentials
appears.

    Sophos Central login works for me for:

    • central.sophos.com/manage/login
    • cloud.sophos.com

    ExclamationPlease be aware that you have different accounts for Central and your Sophos ID. You cannot login with your Sophos ID into Sophos Central except when you have created accounts on both platforms with the same credentials (which is kind of unsecure, as you should use on every platform different credentials).

    When trying to authenticate on the XG with Sophos Central, use the Sophos Central credentials and not the Sophos ID.
