The device is EOL and the error which you are receiving suggest hardware issue with the firewall. This cannot be recovered.

This is applicable for Sophos Firewall 17.5 and later.
RESET
in the second password prompt.y
and press Enter.......
IN MY cyberoam (CR 100iNG) there is no option 4
select option 3
everything is reset
USER:admin
PASS:admin

Hello,
Connect the firewall on serial console and at password prompt type RESET and press enter. It may prompt you with multiple option to reset the device. As far as I remember - it also have option to reset password.
