Can't Delete client less users in cyberoam CR50iNG

Question

Hi everyone I have a cyberoam CR50iNG UTM and I created couple of Client less users on it but I can't delete them . Of course I log in as admin and tried everything like deactivating the user and everything but i simply can't delete client less users and it doesn't return any error at all , says completely nothing. thanks in advance

Hi Shahram. It does seem like a database issue. Could you please check if you could upgrade the device's firmware or rebuild it? You may also contact Cyberoam support for this issue.

Thanks for your answer. I updated my UTM to 10.6.6 and my problem have been resolved.
