Could you make sure the clients are connected to internet without any Proxy/Restrictions and try opening the Central console in different browser.

Hi, no proxys,no restrictions,no firewall ,firefox, chrome and edge all the same ,got the same problem on my laptop now as well ,new install,given up
First 2 pc s loaded with no glitches last year ,somewhere there is a restriction ,as program is its working but essentially useless

Please try exporting a new client from the central console and reinstall it on the client machine. Let me know if the clients are still not reflecting the central account. Also please do share the License number of the product.

Hi , i have reinstalled the client multiple times on both machines now ,no different ,where do i find the liscence number
Can you confirm me if it is Sophos home or Central, that you are using?
