I am using Sophos XG 135 firewall 10 to 11 device and every device internet port down 40-50 second auto down and up every 2-3 hours..

Hi Nilesh,
I would like to check two things:
1. logs from Log Viewer | System | Gateway;
2. Go to Network | WAN Link Manager then take a screenshot of the inside configuration of the gateway host.

Failover rules are perfect, no change required here. Tell us more about your ISP connection and if you have a line coming on XG from a local internet router/modem, then place an unmanageable switch between the XG firewall and the modem and monitor the issue.
