well i dont know i just ask those question about Sophos.. you know... i just want to know

why cant chat with for example Tech Sophos Support

and i thin another questions are clear enough :)

First:  i want to know why Sophos have not a chat support like Norton of McAfee for example ?

Second: Sophos does support from Iran ? because i go to submit sample page and i couldnt find Iran in the Country list !

Third: Sophos Lab ( that part which analys our malware submissions ) is 24/7 ?
