Delisting IP Address

Good morning, our IP address (2.33.220.156) has been added to your blacklist (Your message was rejected due to spam filtering. Please see https://www.sophos.com/security/ip-lookup?ip=2.33.220.156).

If we try to request removal via the indicated page, an error appears instead of the captcha and it is impossible to complete the request.
How can we unblock our IP? Thank you

    the IP address is  2.33.220.156 and the domain is ladimoret.it.
